Thank you anon for your kind input and lovely birthday greeting
thinking of growing my hair out
for the sole purpose of having a few locks at the back to make into padawan braids, then shave the rest off again
Partnered up with sassacat for a class project, and I’m in charge of modelling/unwrapping/texturing the Guardian. Low poly blocking at the moment, starting the body tonight and will probably unwrap tomorrow or the day after. Thank god the facial fins don’t move because the topology is horrible
I’ve had my fair share of anxiety moments, and never had this problem before, which is my I find it odd. I’ll be going back to the doctors on Monday for a chest x-ray but no idea if that will do any good. I don’t really trust the doctors around here, they never seem to know what they’re going on about.
Right now I’m laying down in bed, in a position that usually helps when I feel ill or in pain, and it’s been giving me some good breathes here and there, which is nice.
Maybe you need to see a doctor elsewhere, if you’re not confident in the ones where you are. Just a suggestion~
But i’m glad you’ve gotten yourself somewhat settled, I hope you completely feel better soon and get everything figured out sooner than later. Breathing problems are the worst because they are quick to make you panic the quickest too
It may be stress induced asthma and even hyperthyroid if you get heat flushes out of nowhere. Anxiety is possible too, but if you’re aware of that then it might be getting worse. i suffer the same, unfortunately :c I wish i could help you out more
I do suffer anxiety. I’ve never been bad with heat before, and before we did have a heater on and I had a blanket on too. It just seemed too much all of a sudden.
Lately I’ve been thinking it was asthma, but I’m not sure. I’ve never had anything like that before.
Hyperthyroid is a thing with random heat waves. I get it a lot at night, which sort of pairs up with my anxiety which just means I never have a good night’s sleep anymore. You can get it checked with a blood test and the doc can even tell by examining the glands by your neck. That was the first thing my doc did. Only if it persists though, mine was happening for months :/
As for the stress enduced Asthma it can happen easily if you do strenuous work a lot, when you’re not used to it. Me and my brother got it when we started doing workouts after being inactive for quite some time.
If your anxiety is getting worse (or you feel it is, even if its just slightly) then it could be breathing problems which are like, minor anxiety/panic attacks? My breathing problems usually reside in my actual chest, the cartilage around my ribcage enflames when i get anxious and stressed which make it feel like im being stabbed by a million knives when I take a breath.. Try putting a heat pack on your chest and just resting for a while, self-assess and breathing exercises, which I’m sure you know of?
